Brother, does anyone even comprehend what they read in one piece atp?! You're supposed to be born with conqueror's. Nobody gains it ong! No hate to sanji, but if he had even a shred of conqueror's lying dormant in him, it should have been displayed, like Luffy in impel down and marineford, and zoro as in sabaody and wano. It would be interesting to see how his germa blood would come into a more dominant role, than letting things be justified as the "power of love".
