This list is fundementally flawed. The fact Shantotto is not on this list is absurd. Missing Kefka is just wrong. No Clive, like, wtf. And let's not get started with Golbez missing or even Zemus. Garland would make this list solely off the fact he warped reality to repeat itself over and over again and became chaos itself, who is the most powerful entity in all of ff lore. And I'm not talking the chaos than Vincent had or garland d turned into, those pale in comparison to actual chaos that even lightning would fall to.
