All texts and known history for the sun god nika have only shown him in the form Luffy is presently in and even in the stories passed down that are known about the sun god none of them stray from what we've already seen. If anything, we'll see Luffy do more with advancing his haki to surpass Shanks and the haki the iron robot had of Joyboy's.
