See AllRumor: Sony's PS6 Prioritizing a Highly Requested Fan Feature
As a PlayStation fan of 25 years, the PS5 has never been an interesting console. With better versions of PS4 games and a lot of the best games released on a better platform, PC, I have no reason to own a PS5. If Sony released the PS6 with backwards compatibility all the way to the PS1 I would gladly buy it, hell I would pay a premium for it.
