I'm in no way implying anything here is unilaterally incorrect, I will say it's entirely subjective.

For how I usually do my playthroughs, I think Padre's Seraph is a higher reward than second to last. The Mox is far superior, also legendary shotgun.

Just this girl's opinion though. To each their own.
