OverWatch is basically creating new characters from scratch marvel rivals is just slapping a new superhero into the game. It's naturally going to take overwatch a little longer. And the only reason I really quit playing marvel is because they announced that they're not doing really any type of balancing which I feel like is going to go to crap in a handbasket real fast.
