Demon Souls isn't hard at all, and I disagree on Lies of P. It had very few actually difficult bosses. The lightning one with the armor ended up taking three times as many tries as the final boss. Everything else is pretty much accurate.

The problem with having something like that is it removes ALL tension from the story.

Anytime they face someone stronger than them, ready to threaten the entire world, Naruto would either have to show up to deal with them, which makes it boring and predictable, or ignore it and force them to figure it out on their own, which doesn't make sense for his character. There either won't be any stakes or what little there could be will feel artificial.

I believe the Light Novel even confirms this. I like Igris too, he's easily my favorite out of the current shadows and even most of the others later down the line. But that doesn't make him the strongest.
