TL;DR of the below: Poppy is B tier. Boxten is best when all 7 players beside you are alive and is a better pick than Poppy. R-D does deserve B tier.

Poppy should be put in medium B tier, NOT A tier. Her skill relies on getting hurt, which is only reliable for beginners, and Poppy users who actively avoid Twisteds or have a distractor in the team can't benefit from it. She's a jack of all trades with all 3 star stats (like the Toon I'll talk about next), but Boxten is still a better option as a beginner Toon. However, he changes depending on the players around you.

Boxten's skill relies on teammates being alive in order to increase extraction speed, so doing a solo run with him is difficult. If your teammates are good and don't die immediately, he can be a decent extractor. If you're alone, then... Good luck. His rating depends on others, and he fits from high C tier to low A tier depending on the amount of people alive.

R-D (Razzle and Dazzle) are Toons (since they seem to be two individuals in one body) that have actually been placed correctly. They don't really fit in a Toon archetype due to their skill, which gives them more speed on odd numbered floors (1, 3, 5, etc) and more extraction speed on even numbered floors (2, 4, 6, etc). Their stats are all 3 stars like Boxten and Poppy. Jack of all trades, master of none.

Someone named Jack has posted a more accurate tier list that is up to date and doesn't have Shrimpo, the worst character in the game at B TIER. It isn't accurate, but it is much better than the published one.

Sir, your tierlist isn't exactly accurate in my opinion. Also as of writing this, it is not up to date with the July 12th update.

TL;DR of the below: Don't use Shrimpo. Goob and Pebble are good if you know how to use them. Toodles is a very low B tier and barely qualifies as one due to her niche skill and low extraction speed harming her.

On the topic of the tierlist...

If any newbies are reading this, DON'T BUY SHRIMPO! Shrimpo does not in any way deserve B tier. They have the worst stats out of every single Toon in the game as of writing. The article states that the best strategy is stealth, but Shrimpo's stealth is 1 star, noted to be -99 internally. His ability nerfs his speed even more, and states that he only should be played if looking for a challenge. EVERY single one of their stats is 1 star. So... That's why I think he does not deserve B tier. Any player who's played Dandy's World for at least a while can agree. He is very low C tier and doesn't look like he'll be leaving that place any time soon.

Goob does not deserve C tier. His role in a game is to be the DISTRACTOR, who distracts the Twisteds and lets the others extract machines safely. As someone else said, Goob is S tier if used properly and once managed to carry the entire team to Floor 12.

Pebble being down in C tier is another joke. While they are harder to obtain than Goob, if you do have them, they're the best distractor in the game. They also make up for their low to average other skills with 4 star stamina and 5 star speed, the fastest in the game. Even without speed trinkets, they can distract the Twisteds from other teammates a bit easier than Goob.

From personal experience, Toodles barely qualifies for B tier. While her stealth is 4 stars, she has low extraction speed, and her active skill is very niche. She doesn't exceed in any other stats other than stealth, and even then she doesn't really fit in any of the character archetypes.
