I guess Nintendo lived long enough to be the villain. I really hope other companies go against this because it feels illegal. Having a buddy with you in a fight isn't unique to Pokemon. Look at FFXIV and other mmos. And come on, turn based battles isn't just pokemon either. I know it's bad to wish ruin upon someone but I really hope Nintendo crashes and burns. They've been left alone long enough.
