I think a 4th age is inevitable. What I would like to see is more depth towards legacy path achievements. For example, in the exploration age to work towards the economic achievements, you have to get 10 treasure fleet points, 20 points, etc. That gets rather redundant. How about several unique and randomly generated paths for each legacy path, so we're not doing the same thing over again? That's always been a strength of civ, variation and many ways to win.
