There's a known issue with the latest W11 update posted on the Microsoft website if you take the time to Google it.

It just so happens that a Ubisoft game is one of those affected by it that people have been buying during the Steam sale, and some of the community are blaming the devs for the incompatability and leaving negative reviews.

Give me a break, do you not think that over Christmas these devs take holidays too? It will be fixed soon enough, stop being impatient toddlers about it and I dont know, play something else in the time being, plenty of other games available in the Steam sales
