i don’t get why no one thinks they’re on par with admirals. Garp could’ve been an admiral but kept his position and joined sword for reasons. Not crazy to think the celestial dragons, or at least each other 12 original kingdoms, could have an admiral level hk at this point. These OP dudes and ladies popping up way to often now
