Why waste their time remaking a 2 decade old game if you don't include multiplayer. That is by far the majority of the replay value. Modern Warfare 2 Remastered comes to mind. Waste of time if you dont includ multiplayer. Halo 2 Remastered with PvP would be an instant money maker.
