"So few" if people disliked the game these numbers wouldn't be that high for days or weeks, it's sign that people jumped back into the game and actually continued playing it, the game has a fun combat and a really great ending, people who are not dragon age fans who actually tried the game have mentioned that the game is quiet fun, no need for these Asmongolf followers to spin the narrative.
