How Zelda: Breath of the Wild Changed Gaming
I miss the challenge of 'earning level ups' in Zelda. The mini temples are too small, I liked the progression of access to specific areas requiring special weapons/moves/tasks.
I also accidentally finished BOTW - and given I'm not a completionist, having beat the boss I lost interest because the largest goal was gone so I just put it down.
I'd like a balance of the two - it's annoying when you can just access everything. Need some meatier temples like MM and Oot, balanced with the world size and freedom outside of them.
TOTK was closer to that goal but the temples weren't as expansive as OOT.
One of my favourite parts of Nintendo 64 games was also the transformation of the landscape once you rid the area of evil. It was like a reward. Bring that back!
