Negan is one of the best TV characters of all time, and certainly the best on The Walking Dead. Walter Morgan did an amazing job, really making the show. I truly hated the characters Rick, Maggie, Michonne, and the governor. They ruined the show for me. Rosita was fantastic, as was Beth. In my opinion, when the show began adding multiple new characters, it began to fail. Having one episode dedicated to one character was ridiculous. If all characters cannot be in one show, something is wrong. The show was about a grouo of survivors, so branching off into individual stories annoyed me. Noah was a great character as well. Lizzie and Mika were amazing. I disagree with so many of the characters being on this list.
