Cease the foolishness. I saw one dude like 2 years ago say this same thing and it’s still as stupid. Tsukuyomi never has been, and never will be something any and all Uchiha/sharingan users have access to. It’s never implied, it’s never stated, and it’s never shown. Itachi had 2 MS abilities as per usual for sharingan users. One was black flames, and the other was Tsukuyomi.

It would be so incredibly redundant and counterintuitive for Kishimoto to disregard everything we know about how the sharingan works just to upscale base Uchiha and glaze itachi. Yes, itachi was extremely proficient with genjutsu, but that by no means confirms that he managed to create an entirely new archetype of genjutsu.

The shit that gets me with this opinion is that it’s never even implied. I could understand if we got some ambiguous information that maybe alluded to it, but we don’t. Mfs just be making shit up

I mean, you need two MS/EMS to use Susanoo, (barring Madara Uchiha, of course) and I’m fairly certain that Amaterasu is (or was) his left eyes ability, since we always see him cast it with his left, even when he had the rinnegan. I’m not caught up on boruto in the slightest, so I could be wrong, but from what I know from shippuden and Naruto, he should theoretically be lacking those two abilities.
