Also there’s the Paw-Paw fruit, Kuma can go anywhere he wants so long as he’s been before, but with his time as a revolutionary that’s not much of a downside. The only thing he can’t cross with it is the Red Line (as of Egghead)

Actually I forgot he does have to touch the items that he wants to float but considering that he can literally fly to said items/islands it’s not much of a downside

Also the gas-gas fruit and some other devil fruits grant flight (think Marco, Kaido, other bird bird fruit models)

We also 100% forgot about Shiki the Golden Lion. For those that haven’t seen the movies or forgot, he was the first to escape from impel down and he ate the float-float fruit. It allows he himself to fly, and other inorganic objects to fly as long as he wants. It’s deadly because he can literally levitate entire islands as long as he wants, making there virtually no downside to his devil fruit.
