See AllWhat to do with Questing Beast Egg in Tainted Grail Fall of Avalon?
I agree with the above. To be more precise on the combat, in Oblivion when you attack somebody, your weapon just sort of passes through the enemy, and the enemy takes damage. In Avalon, when you connect with something, you can feel the hit; hitting a bandit in the face with a two-handed warhammer is one of the most satisfying things I have experienced. They will literally somersault through the air before crashing into a tree. Also, if you can hit them in the hand, which will disarm them, or swing at their legs, which will knock them up in the air, and if your attack speed is high enough, you can quickly bring your weapon down on them, finishing them. The combat is leagues better than Oblivion imo.
Also, I prefer the dark fantasy take on Avalon. In Oblivion the Empire is under siege from the forces of Oblivion, but you only ever feel the effects of that in certain scripted story events. In Avalon the forces of Kamalot have retreated into their castle and are refusing to venture out to retake the countryside. You can actually feel this from the entire area being in ruins, with marauding bandits having taken over an entire village as well as monsters running loose everywhere. It is really great storytelling through aesthetics.
Sega Has Bad News for Fans of Mini Consoles
Could somebody explain why we need a "mini console"? Just give me your saturn library on a Blu-ray, and I'll give you $150. To this day the only way to play Saturn games is the emulator. Quit trying to be "niche" Sega. Just dump the library on steam. Just throwing away money potential.
