I feel like this whole list is flawed, since not everything the league does is a galactic level punch down. They deal with other issues and crisises that can't always be solved with sheer power,. Sometimes there are multiple issues that need dealing with and having people suited for different tasks doesn't make them weak unless you only care about dbz-esque power scaling.
