What is collectable about a digital key code for a game?? Absolutely nothing. For that price they should include a physical copy of the game for whatever platform you choose or hell even locked USB thumbs drives are a thing! Easy pass, although I understand at this point you aren't really paying for the game, its damn near free these days for only a few dollars when it's on sale.

I think they should be anyway. I wouldn't mind if this generation lasted until 2030. I love hardware don't get me wrong but It's only this generation with the PS5 that I feel like it has just started and hasn't really hit its climax.

Gen AI is a tool, like calculators and Google. It will never replace people successfully and these companies are constantly looking for new tools to help their jobs along. It is AI hysteria and people need to calm down. Let them cook, and do what you do best and consume. Lot of back seat drivers out here. Let the developers develop and leave them be.

Everyone needs to chill out. Their company, their rules. They do what they need to do to speed up development. Everything's going to be A-OK. These companies are trying to find better ways to be sustainable, let them go through the process of finding these ways and stop ganging up on them every chance you get.

I'm not usually this cynical but I hope this turns out to be a terrible decision for them and they go bankrupt. That's what it's going to take to keep these companies from abandoning all consumer needs. The only hope I have is that there is some kind of technological advancement that comes out of this and we end up getting motherboards that support the same RAM that they need in data centers but I don't see that happening.
