A few things they could do:

- allow recruiting to start in the spring

- fix the assistant coach hiring debacle - coordinator gets hired away and we are left picking from C and D prestige coordinators when we were just in the playoff

- as a program grows allow for the stadium to be expanded

- improve the RPO and read option mechanics

It CF25 is a good game but feels like it was put to market before it was finished.
