Best way to farm Snitches is by going to Dam Map and near Red Lakes Balcony Lift by the Testin Annex, on the rigth side is a little tower in the red lakes called Electrical Tower. There is a zipline to get from that spot to the exit lift. All you do is bring a Ferro and something like a Arpeggio (good fire rate). Stand on the top platform where the zipline starts and snipe the snitches until they get close. You can get them from across the map. Then switch to the Arpeggio and finish them off fast. If you mess up and they call more Arc, you can just run inside and either wait for them to leave or kill them off as they peak the entrance way. The snitch will respawn from the south every few minuts. I was able to farm 6 in one run before I decided to leave.
