I honestly dont think nami or usopp should get devil fruits. Their whole thing is to use outside the box weapons in creative ways.

One Piece: Best Luffy Moments In The Anime, Ranked

Luffy really is one of my favourite anime characters. Most of the time he is not even being the main character and is just running around trying to get to the big bad while the story focuses on the others, but everytime he knows what he is doing (which isnt alot) you know its about to be epic.
