After Helldivers 2’s Control Group, One Warbond Tradition Should Be Dead and Buried
Nah don't increase the costs. Most players who have actual jobs in the real world maybe get a couple hours every night or 2 to play the game and try to progress.
Depending on the missions being done, that's gonna be anywhere from 20-150 warbond medals a night meaning it'll likely still take us a week or longer to max out a new warbond.
Not to mention there's still like 8 other ones that most players are nowhere near maxed out on either.
I'll get MAYBE 50 super credits a night if I'm lucky from the free drops around maps on difficulty 10, Struggle bus through the sample grind while none of the level 100+'s take them to help out as they're already maxed.
Given most casual players don't even look out for the super credit drops, I'd say it's a safe bet most players don't even own half of the warbonds never mind having them max lmao.
Increasing the cost of things (when a lot of new stuff let's face it, sucks eggs compared to older weapons) will literally just drive away casual players to appease the 1% of basement dwellers who are playing the game 6+ hours a day farming credits and medals 🤣🤷♂
