Sarada clearly loves Boruto more deeply and seriously. She has proven this more than once. And judging by the way Boruto behaves with her and what we were given in the novel to the film, I think Sarada's feelings are mutual.

Sarada has been in love with Boruto for a long time, this is clear from her speech in Chapter 21, and unlike Sumire, she proved her love with actions. Sumire's love is only in words. Sumire did not make any sacrifices or actions for Boruto.
