I don't think that's a mark 7 armor helmet at least not the current version available to buy in a squad of tactical marines available on GW's website (that one has tubes going to the 'mouth'. It is a blend of the tactical marine helmet and the ones used by Primaris Infiltrators but without the antenna. Maybe an 'upgrade' / module they can used for the vanguard w/ a bit added on and the base they can use for the tactical class.
