See AllDungeons & Dragons Reveals 8 New Subclasses in Next Book
I have not played a 2024 campaign yet. The Spellfire sorcerer would be my first choice if I played single class characters. I still have hope to play my 11th level Chultan born Half Drow(don't understand the status of half species yet 🤔?) Waterdeep noble Bronze draconic sorcerer Arcane archer 8/3 that worships Ellistraee via the two weapon fighting style. A quick look at a multi class of Spellfire sorcerer and Bladesinger if a DM allowed me to start at 5th level with BS/SfS 3/2 or SfS/BS 3/2 with HP very low unless I choose Dragonborn or Dwarf. Two species that I have never played. Well, I'll just wait and see what 2024 campaign I'm in and decide then.

Has anyone played a Devotion Paladin Cleric of Eilistraee?
Dungeons and Dragons: 8 Best Playable Monsters, Ranked
Why not mention dragons. Wyrmling or young dragon would be a great character.
Every Dungeons and Dragons Subclass For The Psion Confirmed So Far
Psi Warper. I still wish they would separate Psion from magic. If not just incorporate Psionics into the current classes. Psi Warper could be a Psi Warrior path. Similar to Ranger's Horde Breaker or Giant Slayer. I filled out the survey and give more details. I would rather have a multi-class of sorcerer and Psi warrior with Psi Warper's abilities then Psi warrior and Psi Warper. Both will give the character armor but only one will give more cantrips and armor.
Dungeons and Dragons' Unearthed Arcana Psion Class Explained
I would like a Psion class but only if it's separate from magic. If not just add them as sub classes. Druid and Ranger get Metamorph. Wizard and Cleric gets Telepath as a school/domain of the mind. Bard gets a college of Psykinect. Psi Warper becomes a path of Psi Warrior. Similar to Ranger's Horde breaker or Giant Slayer. I have no clue what Psion option would work for Paladin or Artificer.
Dungeons and Dragons is About to Break a 6-Year Trend
I was initially interested in the Psion playtest but became disappointed because they felt too similar to traditional spellcasters. For non-magic users, there's no perceived difference between a sorcerer and a wizard; their magic originates from the same source. Psions, however, should draw their power from a source distinct from the Weave, especially in a Faerûn campaign.
My excitement further waned when I learned the playtest was only a week long. I had envisioned an Air Genasi sailor with the Tough feat, a Psi Warrior/Warper multiclass using a shortsword and scimitar. This idea was scrapped when I discovered D&D Beyond didn't support Unearthed Arcana content.
Given that these Psions are essentially spellcasters, I believe new subclasses would be a better approach. We already have Psi Warrior for Fighters, Aberrant Mind for Sorcerers, and Soulknife for Rogues. Why not extend this concept to other classes?
Psionic Subclass Suggestions
* Druid: Circle of the Metamorph
* Ranger: Metamorph Conclave
* Cleric: Mind Domain
* Wizard: School of the Mind (Telepath specialization)
* Warlock: Only the Great Old One patron would offer Telepathy
* Bard: Psykinetic College
For the Psi Warper, I'd suggest adapting the options from the legacy Hunter conclave. The Psi Warrior could choose between two disciplines: Stalwart or Warper.
I'm unsure how a Paladin oath could incorporate Psions.
