This whole article is just assumptions, are we forgetting that Izuku and Ochako haven't been that close for the past 8 years? That's why they decided to talk more, to catch up. Ochako is of course romantically interested but do we really think Izuku's dense self just figured it out on some random day? He means exactly what he said, he sees her as special. He obviously hasn't even realized what he feels is romantic yet. Which means there is WAY more development for them to go through to reach an actual romantic relationship. Including way more for them to catch up on, Ochako especially has a lot of opening up to do since she has almost never been honest to Izuku about any of her feelings. This is obviously Semi Canon currently, saying it is Canon is only our assumptions unlike ships like Kinoko x Shihai, Shindo x Tatami or Gentle Criminal x La Brava because it literally said "They are dating" or showed wedding rings. One "I want to talk to you more" doesn't fix their years of misunderstandings and Ochako's trauma with Himiko, which links back to her romantic feelings and why she is currently pushing them away again. Same with Mt Lady x Kamui woods, she may have not confirmed or denied because she could have not wanted to disappoint fans, or may actually have a crush on him.
