Did Will Byers Create the Upside Down Version of Hawkins in Stranger Things?
I believe it to be reversed instead of the mindflayer controlling vecna I think it’s vice versa, because in Henry’s flash back he shaped the mindflayer and in season 3 the mindflayer was trying to steal El’s powers, which bean later admitted in season four. And the upside down version of Hawkins might be stuck in time due to when the portal was opened and potentially formed when will appeared.
