See AllWhy Overwatch 2 is Now Winning the Fight Against Marvel Rivals
Rivals has it's fun moments but technically and overall overwatch is an infinity better game. It's way more polished, has better haptics and a more immersive gameplay experience (the sounds and the feel of each character being massively different). Rivals lacks that depth.....Hela and phoenix for example are almost carbon copies of each other and FEEL the same when you play them whereas every character in overwatch has depth, personality and feels different. They're in different classes and Rivals only garnered so much support because of Overwatch fatigue....now that Blizzard has upped its game again there's no contest
Study Reveals the Average Age of Final Fantasy Fans
I'd drop the sequential numbers and maybe "reboot" the entire series. I think younger fans may see the 15 or 16 after the title and be put off because they've never played any of the others.
Similarly I think cutting down on the slow pacing and/or unnecessary dialogue helps. Final Fantasy 16 did a great job of getting you invited quickly with the explosive opening but then even I, as a fan who has played every main entry into the series, gets bored/sidetracked sitting through dialogue and cut scenes.
Flashy graphics and a punchy intro get you so far but after that, the core gameplay needs to be on point and I really don't think the button bashing way of FF16 is the way to go. High fantasy, turn based is better I think.

Genshin Impact Team Felt 'Lost' and 'Useless' With Recent Player Feedback
To say as a veteran I should only be concerned about QOL is a very subjective view. I played for the characters- collecting them, building them, using them. The entire game is arguably focus on the characters and combat yet they are too expensive to obtain and build, restrictions to obtain materials are too limited and end game content to justify the time, grind and expense to make them strong is non-existent.
If you wanted to hear what they should change, it's the whole gacha model. Id much rather pay a subscription and have everything above address and the RNG aspects significantly improved
Genshin Impact Team Felt 'Lost' and 'Useless' With Recent Player Feedback
This is such b.s.
The feedback for many years I think was constructive and fair and it was completely ignored. Even now, a free 5star from the original banner is going to be completely useless to long-term, dedicated players who have c6 in every standard banner character. The change in odds on the banners is welcome but so severely late that it's left an even more bitter taste with me as a player who had put a significant amount of money into the game. The daily restrictions on what you can do in the game is appalling and it's 1000% catered to a casual audience because the majority of Asia players are casual. Im so over Genshin and haven't played regularly since Furinas first banner. Don't think anything will bring me back to it now and the developers only have themselves to blame.
