Shonen Jump is not longer the prime places to make manga and also the audiences are expanding into other genres. Not longer are just teenager kids reading manga, but mature adults generating more revenue and allow mangakas to explore other avenues.

Not longer you need to create a generic shonen manga to live out of making manga. Adult aiming series can exist and they don't need shonen jump to do so.

The perception that Shonen Jump "can't find to fill in the big3" is a lie. They already did found their big 3. BnH,JJK,Demon Slayer. They got their peak series to replace Naruto/Bleach/Dragon Ball the problem is that the others magazine got much better series on a era where manga are more accessible than ever and the competition got money to market those series properly making people just look other sides besides Shonen Jump
