This guide is incorrect.

It tells you to hold off on getting the 7 Scout Flies and the Hidden Cell in Mountain Pass until after you activate the pad in the Red Sage's hut, so you can unlock and clear Snowy Mountain first.

However, the Hidden Cell in Mountain Pass is behind a rock wall, and requires the Yellow Eco vents to be open... Which is done in Snowy Mountain. You can't use that Cell to unlock Snowy Mountain because it requires you to already have been to Snowy Mountain.

You could still leave the Scout Flies, but then you'd be making an extra trip and still need to get a second Cell. The easier solution is to simply buy two Cells from the area after you activate the warp.
