Exactly, as a lifelong Pokémon fan who still plays the games in my 30s, I was appalled by the changes and the poor quality of this release. Within two hours, I uninstalled it and contacted Nintendo support for a refund—which I received. I’d recommend that anyone else who bought the game and felt similarly disappointed do the same.
