Totally worth the money. Specially if you're upgrading from a switch 1 and have lots of games and a backlog. I had the OLED and wow this runs my games so much better! Someone said the LCD is trash but that's not at all my experience tbh. Everything feels a major upgrade! Can't wait for the OLED model. Luckily the second hand market for switch consoles is huge and you can sell this one to get the OLED very quickly. Just treat it right lol don't drop it and keep the boxes!

I agree. PC gamers think they are the master race. The few that have a PC to handle games maybe but they're the minority. No wonder it's all about indies and old AF games on PC. Most PC gamers have a laptop they bought for school or work... That can also play a bit. Also devs must give a million options to cater them all. On console you release a game give out one or two options and that's it. If someone has an issue, everyone has an issue. They release a fix and it's done. On PC? A million things to fix. Valve is on to something with the steam deck. A console disguised as a portable PC. But it is a console. Everyone has same hardware, same OS, same experience. Easy(er) to support. PC gamers say the death of consoles is nigh. I say PC gamers will be playing consoles and not even realizing it soon. Let's see what Xbox has in store, but that's the direction they're going...

They should compete with the switch 2 in price. Valve gets this a bit. Outside the PC enthusiast bubble no one cares if it runs this or that. This will sell a few thousands and that's it. Nobody of my friends bought these. Everyone has a PS5 or a proper PC. They all have a switch/switch 2. That's the price they should be aiming. PC gamers spent all their money on a rig and console ones don't care. So nobody buys these. Switch 2 sold in a few days the same amount of steam decks in years. Subsidize hardware with software/subscriptions for gods sake. Drop the price! Drop the price!

I love this game. I love the fact that I can get out of situations, not get in trouble or solve a problem with real life logic. I just think what would I do in real life and that usually works great!

For instance thievery in video games is usually if there's no one around us safe and you won't get caught. Here it's like real life. Steal and run! Don't hang about the vicinity of the crime lol you'd be ver suspicious in real life so you're suspicious in game! Or I want to convince this npc to do something for me... Would I be well accepted if, you know, I'm covered in blood lol

There's an easy compromise. Just explain this stuff a bit better. Just a bit of lore on a corpse or something saying "I'm sure there's an hidden passage here, I can feel the wind! I tried and tried to smile, laugh, angry but nothing worked. I'm certain there's more too! I'm writing this before" it ends there there's a boulder next to the crushed corpse.

Done. Every nook and cranny that looks suspicious will have thousands of players that refuse to pick up a guide emoting to rocks.

Never played Bloodborne or dark souls when they were released. Played demon souls remake and elden ring.

I'm just gonna wait for a remake or enhanced edition of Bloodborne if it even happens. 30fps...argh
