A new spinoff will be hard especially if it is pre timeskip I can already hear the Puritans whining about how ever minute detail is a blasphemy to shippuuden and its lame and bad writing

Let's hope he doesn't get too much of an upgrade, the last thing I want to see is boruto getting all this hype then end up pulling a gohan and being a dud after the cell games.

Hard to say obito was an uchiha with an incomplete 10 tails sealed in him. Hima has energy from all 9 beasts (small amount from some), the energy naruto and hinata got from haguromo and hamura, has DNA from uzumaki and hyuga, at first glance she isn't that strong but she has a lot of potential. On top of that, its hard to say just how powerful jubito was if you think about it. The hashirama cells aside the junchuriki power should be capped by the hosts chakra and uchiha aren't exactly huge chakra batteries compared to uzumaki.

The story is interesting but I'm more interested in how it will progress after. The story started out as humans, hard work and all that good stuff. Then they made jinchuriki into the equivalent of human nukes, gave us chakra meks, added gods. Now they are breeding humans into being as that have god level powers. What I want go know is since the point of the otsukski was basically alien invaders bad, passing down their DNA ruined the human species, then how will they power down boruto and himawari or will their descendants be a danger to earth as well

To be fair the manga has not yet said out right they are one in the same. All kurama has said is what she is like and is teaching her to think.of herself a certain way to teach her to use her energy properly. Clearly the writer is trying to come up with a plausible use for her, but she has a lot more going for her than just kurama. She has genetic links that go back to both of kaguyas children and she was conceived after both of her parents received power ups from those ancestors "force ghosts" or whatever you want to call them. Add on that naruto was a host to some energy from all 9 bijou, mix in the plot armor the series is notorious for and who can say what she really is, aside from far from human.

Considering half the point of ego was to show the limitations of these powers and the flaw of relying on them, seems like there were plans for the next stage, let's just hope its something that still draws from the same source material but isn't convoluted and stupid like boruto and the isutsuki turned into.

More like it's about his effect on others. He starts out as a little brother figure for her to protect so she has a reason to keep trying, since she for whatever reason wouldn't join a guild. She could have made a decent living working as the healer for the white tiger training missions, nice and safe. After he powered up, he no longer needed her, but if he had asked she would have probably started dating him, not that he had the awareness to figure that out. Who knows what the future could hold for her character but like cha she is definitely inspired by him like in the jeju defense.

Everyone loves to say naruto vs neji was work vs genius, I half disagree. Neji worked his butt off to discover jutsu reserved for the main branch, but his kekigenki was genetic advantage. My biggest argument is naruto for plot was made a jinchuriki at birth so nothing earned and even the energy kurama gives him is more plot and kurama being bored. With that said naruto gets props for never giving up where as neji was just a whiner, who for all his later "what would naruto do" introspection never lived up to the hype and died a dogs death like his father.

The sarada/sumire feels like a rehash of sakura/hinata. The kids would be crazy though uzumaki/hyuga/Uchiha blood with a dose of pure osutski energy and potential tailed beast Chakra and potential 6 paths Chakra.
