The real villain was the devil. We all know that if the devil appears somewhere, that he automatically overtakes the place of another villain and becomes number one, because he is the worst of all villains in the entire history. He appears in a small scene probably possessing nagini in the beginning of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. All he does is whisper words, saying things such as "Luís", and "it's the devil", but it is in portuguese, you won't find it in english.
