I'm kind of upset Galvatron was not mentioned. I think Galvatrons personality is cold and calculated tempered with his anger and regret of not being a bit more crueler, at least that's how he comes off. I give Galvatron the 1st or 2nd spot. His intro during StarScreams coronation was epic, stuff of legends.
