Dino Crisis is the first game I've heard of being locked behind a PS+ sub.

The sad thing is, I have seen a lot of people wanting a remaster for this. To lock it behind a Playstation plus subscription doesn't help to gage the popularity of this game, also charging 10 bucks for it would also allow Capcom to secure funding to green light a remaster too.
