Outrageous. First off, Hisuian Typhlosion is objectively better than Samurott, which is a mediocre pokémon in both its forms; Serperior is also way better than Samurott in all possible measurements; and stating that Blaziken is worse than Sceptile is also questionable, since the only positive aspect sceptile has to offer is its speed, which is overshadowed by its weak typing and irrelevance when compared to the other two starters.
