I wouldn't hold breath on a mod for this one. Someone did make a mod that worked like this in 2012, but I don't think it was ever finished considering the absurd amount of edits required, and only covered a small handful of 41 locations.

Seems like it's open for anyone to pick up the mantle and run though, as it is listed as a modder's resource. He was asking for help, but nobody stepped up it seems.
It looks to require every dungeon to be manually touched and add a detection point to the deepest part to trigger a "clear", which seems to be 10 modding actions per dungeon, however complicated those steps are.
I did texture work and just adding flags to the creation kit hundreds of times for armor til you go blind, so I understand his pain, though I imagine this is more complicated. Lol
There are 221 dungeons which would require 2210 edits at a minimum. (Unsure if that counts oblivion gates)
This dude has made some amazing mods, but seems retired at the moment according to his bio. Bethesda burnt out a lot of modders.

Honestly the cooldowns feel so long that everyone forgets Strange even has portals. Most of the time I don't even see people using them.

God, no, what a take. Give me something that does something. Getting an item that does nothing for you in game is absolutely pointless. If they want to release lore comics or something on their website like TF2, cool. But don't bloat the game with stuff that's just taking up space.
