MHA was lowest? I realize there are some big name mangas here, but last? One Punch Man is great, but it doesn't capture the hero theme well enough as a whole, at least not like MHA. Each character on MHA has several interesting layers to them. Even characters like Gentle Criminal isn't a one trick pony.

Hawks was already super smart before joining the Commission. Also, The number one pick here wasn't first shown in Episode 33. We saw him first in episode 1. He's the one who told Izuku and his mom that he was Quirkless.
