If you’re a casual play the game at your pace and casually enjoy it. Don’t play casually and then complain because you want to compare your experiences with someone who plays all the time and has a lot of hours in the game. This game is so easy and streamlined that casual players can just passively and easily do seasons long before the next one comes out. You don’t have to be some op pit pushing try hard to do the content required in seasons.

Gina, first off the game is so streamlined now it takes 20-40 hours to completely an entire season, so even if you work 40 hours a week and sleep 7 hours a day you have plenty of time to complete the season. Also you don’t have to play this season or any of them. You can play in eternal realm at your own pace. You say “a vast minority of players just want to purchase a game that has a good interface and a definite endpoint, or something that feels like an endpoint. I never found that with D4.” But yet you claim to have played Diablo 3 a lot. Did they have seasons in Diablo 3 that changed every few months? Also what was the definite endpoint of Diablo 3?
