My Reviews (10)
Stardew Valley
the greatest farming game of all time, and so addictive you can easily spend hundreds of hours playing
Persona 4 Golden
Am I rating it so high just because my favorite character got a Social Link?....maybe. But it's a great game! Persona 4 is now so overshadowed by Persona 5 but I really feel it holds up. I used to live in a small town in Japan and no game has gotten the experience -right- the way this one does.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
A beautiful game with one of the best protagonists of all time, none other than Geralt the White Wolf. A truly fitting capstone to Geralt's story, with plenty of meaningful choices and memorable quests. The father daughter bond between Geralt and Ciri is one of my favorite stories in all of gaming.
The Rise of the Golden Idol
Slightly falls behind The Case of the Golden Idol due to its UI feeling clunkier and some of the later game cases feeling slightly like filler - but still an extremely good mystery game.
The Case of the Golden Idol
An absolutely stunning mystery game. Tricky but not impossible, with a really cool central theme / story of the chaos the titular Golden Idol wreaks throughout history. Easy to devour in a single sitting - only downside is it will leave you wanting more.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
It's only a 9/10 because i prefer Tears of the Kingdom ever so slightly - but truly a genre-defining (and -defying) game that is one of the most fun playing experiences I've ever had.
Fire Emblem: Three Houses
Underappreciated Fire Emblem game with one of the best casts of characters in the whole series and multiple well-written routes
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
Improves on Breath of the Wild's already wonderful formula by adding more to explore, more ways of interacting with the world, and a compelling central quest that gives fan-favorite characters more to do.
Baldur's Gate 3
One of the best games I have ever played. Memorable characters, compelling story, truly captures the feeling of playing DND.
