Absolutely criminal that there is no upgrade path. Way to screw your loyal customer base by releasing a game that was fundamentally broken in the first instance and then releasing a brand new shiny version in it's stead and expecting them to pay full price. Meanwhile, Nintendo (and PlayStation) - both of whom are notorious for being money-grabbers - are offering free and paid upgrade paths for various titles. Come on! At least offer a discount to those who have already paid a premium to play your game on a Nintendo system...
