this tier list is so wrong but I'm just gonna say that why is brightney and poppy in S tier? Poppy is the second worst toon in the game (in my opinion) and sure brightney is useful during blackouts but what about normal floors which are more common than blackouts there is an easy solution to this problem... JUST USE VEE INSTEAD!! The only thing you should use brightney for is to do mastery to get vee! Even if you don't have vee still you shouldn't use brightney use tisha or a different toon that is easy to get like anything to better than brightney (except shrimpo or poppy) in my opinion she is the third worst toon in dandy's world (sorry for rambling)

(sorry I just looked back and noticed that poppy is in A tier not S but she still deserves less)
