It seems like everyone has forgotten a crucial aspect of One Piece, sea prism. 90% of the strongest people in OP would be completely neutralised if say for example Usopp invented a "sea prism star." The star could be used as a net or restraint of some sort to incapacitate any DF user. Of course Oda will never do such a thing as it makes the rest of the Straw Hat crew essentially useless and the story would be much shorter. But it's not really that hard, too bad I'm not on the Straw Hat crew.
