So don't play commander then if you can't handle losing lands or countering spells. Each deck has a designated win condition so this power level nonsense is exactly that. Another point is you said you want to speed the game up yet each player has to deck check and now everyone else's deck that's silly because it takes the fun and surprises out of the game. These rules shouldn't come down for casual commander as it's just that: CASUAL
