I'm pretty upset with how microtransactions work, especially when it's kids games aren't very mindful of money,

In so many cases children have put their parents into debt because they kept buying things with the parents saved credit card information, for the parent not to find out for months is brutal, especially because online digital games have 0 return policies

As one example, my cousin kept forgetting his Xbox live password, so he kept making new ones and using my Aunts credit card to pay for a subscription each time, (imagine paying for 8 subscriptions, because your son in an IDIOT, it took 5 months for her to notice, and it was far to late by then, the credit card was maxed out, it took several calls and an attorney to cancel all accounts too, because Microsoft customer service wouldn't cancel the subscriptions, because we "didn't know the password. My family doesn't believe in physical punishment, so they smashed the Xbox, and of course my 8 year old cousin threw a fit, and now has 0 chances of going to college
