Speak for yourself. I've played since the original, I have several collectors editions of the games, I've played most characters to max level, I've played every dlc, and not once have I ever thought the entire playable cast looked boring until now.

It's insane how easily you all are just sweeping how important the playable characters are under the rug.

Wow. The amount of people in the comments that are ok with boring playable characters, the heart of these games, is depressing.

Y'all aren't here for Borderlands. You're here to feed your addiction to grinding and looting. But keep letting them feed you boring slop, and then wonder why the series dies.

Putting a timer in a game like Far Cry. A series designed for you to lose yourself in and waste time? That's absurd.

It'll be the only Far Cry I won't be playing if that's the case. I play games to relieve stress, not add more.

A mine that a lot of people will avoid. Why would they do that? I can't stand games with time limits. It's stressful and gives me anxiety, and I specifically play games to get away from stress. If that is true, that'll be a Far Cry I won't be playing.
